Experiencing Din Tai Fung: A Culinary Journey

  Discovering Din Tai Fung in Seattle Before planning my trip to Seattle for a K-pop concert, I had never heard of Din Tai Fung . While preparing for the trip, I joined a Facebook group of fellow fans attending the same concert. Several of us thought it would be wonderful to meet in person and share a meal together, which led us to Din Tai Fung. Although I have enjoyed good Asian cuisine before, Din Tai Fung offered flavors and experiences unlike anything I had previously tasted. The restaurant specializes in Taiwanese-style dishes.  First Impressions and Unique Dining Experience Despite having a reservation, our party of fifteen ended up waiting outside the restaurant, which shows just how popular Din Tai Fung is. The Beginning of the Marketing Memaw

  Well, hello there, welcome to getting to know all about...well me! I will be your guide during this journey of discovery and excitement of how I went from a normal Memaw to a Marketing one. Let's start off with a bit of background.  So, like any other human being in the world I was born. For some it may not have been too long ago, but for others I am ancient (Just ask my kids.) I was born in the town of Lebanon, Oregon in the not-too-distant past... ok who am I kidding it was 46 years ago at the end of the 70s. I know there are some who may or may not know what that decade was like. Oh! I just remembered (old-timers trying to set in), my name is Jessica Pearcy.
